Real Justice PAC backs Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx following continued commitment to bold criminal justice reform 

Chicago - Cook County State’s Attorney secures national endorsement from Real Justice PAC following years of work to bring bold criminal justice reform. Real Justice PAC is committed to helping place progressive candidates in office by focusing on local elections to help bring change to the criminal justice system. This endorsement is a testament to Foxx’s record of delivering bold criminal justice reform to Cook County. 

“It’s life-changing when you take away something that literally holds people back,” said Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx. “The collateral consequences of a conviction are far and wide: the ability to get a job, the ability to get housing, the ability to get financial aid, licensure, all because of a conviction.” 

Real Justice PAC is a political organization dedicated to helping elect only leading prosecutors who help end discriminatory practices in the criminal justice system. Since taking office Foxx has focused resources towards prosecuting violent crimes. Crime has been on the decline since she took office and instituted several justice reforms on bond, retail theft, and cannabis.
